  • The service has not been fully operational for a period of 2 business days or more.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds will be granted:

  • If the service has been partially used or delivered.
  • Minor errors or temporary downtime.
  • Errors made by the user, such as incorrect input, that can be easily corrected.
  • Errors caused by third-party services (e.g. payment processors, EU VIES, etc.).
